St. Patrick's Day

I was excited to find St. Patrick's Day on Saturday this year! I really wanted to make the kids green pancakes and green eggs. During the school week, mornings are too rushed. Everyone getting ready for school, making lunches and preparing breakfast. So Saturday, I got up and mixed some yummy buttermilk pancakes up and added green food coloring to make it festive. The kids were excited until it was time to eat. They were really hesitant to eat green food. After they tried it, they were good! I also got them St. Patrick's Day shirts to wear on Friday to school. They looked to cute!
