We will miss our cute Condo by the canal!
Last night at 6:45 pm we got an excited call from our realtor. Yup, we had an offer. She came over at 8:30 pm to talk about the offer. We felt good about it and signed papers. We are under contract (again) and if all goes as planned, we should be moving in 5 weeks! We are very excited. Eric and I both felt that yesterday was going to be the day. Why? We had 2 showings and one was a repeat. But the funny thing was, the offer came from a new person not a repeat. We are truly excited and will also be proceeding with the house in Nibley we put an offer on at the beginning of July. Here's to a great Fall!

Wonderful--Home is beautiful in Nibley. Your Great Grandfather George W. Dutson & Gr. Grandmother lived in Nibley when your Grandpa Parley was a little boy ! My prayers are with you.

I love to check your blog hoping to see good news that you have finalized adoption! Still not yet though the new house is great news. We are building a house in your backyard!!! Crazy that we will meet up again. Maybe we will be in the same ward- maybe do the nursery thing again!
